My mother said when I was a teenager (those were the days) beware of the Casanova I liked the sound of the word but I was never sure what it meant I do not think my Mother did either. As life went on I met a few Gentlemen who I definitely thought fitted the description.
In fact, there was such a person Giacomo Girolamo Casanova lived from 1725 to 1798, a gadabout playboy. He whose many achievements would put the likes of Hugh Hefner to shame. His life story is very entertaining plenty of sex and a bit of debauchery, I like him already!!
Casanova is an old term for “player” in some way, who has more class or charm. Most women were in love or adored him as he never treated them badly, just pretended to be in love with each one, and left them. (Leading them on). A man known for seducing women and having many lovers Women were terribly charmed by him; a veritable Casanova, he had five wives and literally dozens of mistresses. He knew how to treat a lady and was very respectful to them while he was with them.
A smooth-talking charmer, I know plenty of them and love them all. Once he accomplishes his goal, he leaves the woman, in fear of having a relationship and proceeds to find his next conquest. Border’s bookstore: “Beware of Casanovas!”
Sounds appealing if you like that sort of thing !!!!
A small redneck town in central pennsylvania that consists of old people free roaming chickens and horses…and hundreds of barking annoying dogs. its known for a small bar named Casanova Nostalgia in which the bottom story is the bar and resturant and the upper level is the owners house. And the barn which has more cats than horses in it. There is a total of 3 roads. There is a total of about 25 4-wheeler trails.
What is the female equivalent of a Womaniser? man-eater. In current usage, then, we have to say that the feminine equivalent of womanizer is man-eater, though the fe-male form seems deadlier than the male.
Ashley a female Casanova. I have an Angel face but very devilish thoughts xx
