Sex and the Sun

Hi Fans friends and companions hope you are enjoying the weather wherever you may be, the weather has a lot to do with us feeling sexy well most of us.

Heat, Happiness, Horniness
Why do we feel sexier when the sun is out?

Sunlight has been shown to have an association with serotonin, a key neurotransmitter in the ability to experience pleasure. As our serotonin levels rise, we may be feeling more frisky and open to sexual experiences. Serotonin is a natural drug, and it is extremely pow

Yesterday marked the end of the school year — and as such the official beginning of the summer. it is also hard to miss that it is finally warm. There has to be something about climate change, as two weeks ago it was rainy November weather in this part of Europe, where April is usually pretty sunny and warm, and it just gets better from then on. But I digress. I was just going to say, that summer is undeniably here, and so is everything that sunshine brings. It makes me feel sexier especially in my bikini !!

I am talking about our increased sex drive…
I am surely feeling it quite a bit, and I suspect others are too. I talked to friends about it, all of them confirmed to be hornier, not just the guys, but the girls too. And I can see it, just by looking around and catching some stares on the street from random strangers. People seem to be more open — including me — and there is is an atmosphere of lightness, the libidos… seem to be going sky-high.
There’s something about the inescapable heat and endless daylight that makes us want more sex, and it’s not just an illusion. Our interest in sex increases in the summer. It is a fact.

There is seasonality in the sex-related searches — such as searches for porn, keywords related to sex and mating — and it occurs most frequently in the summer. There is a perceived increase in sales of sex toys every summer — both those intended for solo use and those aimed at couples.
What is behind it?
There is a set of behavioural, psychological and hormonal aspects to the increase of sex drive during summer time.
